How it runs

The company gives you its case. You bring back an answer.

Launch Day · November 6, 2026 (Tentative)

The case, from the company

The company that wrote the case presents it to you in person: what it wants solved, what it is up against, and what it has already considered. Then a networking session.

Eight days

You and your team

You have eight days to work on the case with your team.

Case Competition & Conference · November 14, 2026

The pitch

Opening remarks, presentations in breakout rooms, then judging and results. Each team has ten minutes in front of industry judges, then five minutes of questions.

Who can enter

Every undergraduate.

Years 1 to 4, any program, any school. At least one person from each team has to be at Launch Day. UEC is co-hosted by the Schulich Entrepreneurship Club and Rotman Commerce IBA, and 2026 is its second edition.
