Schulich Entrepreneurship Club

Ideas start here.

Founded in 2014 at the Schulich School of Business, SEC connects students with industry professionals, practical business experiences, and opportunities to put ideas into action.

What SEC is

Entrepreneurial thinking for wherever your career takes you.

Whether launching a business or pursuing a corporate career, students benefit from the ability to identify opportunities, take ownership, and approach challenges creatively. Through initiatives like the Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Conference (UEC), Pathways Pursuit, and industry-led workshops, SEC provides opportunities to put these skills into practice while connecting with peers and professionals.

UEC is the Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Conference, co-hosted with the Rotman Commerce International Business Association (RCIBA) at the University of Toronto. Industry partners introduce real-world business challenges on Launch Day, tentatively scheduled for November 6. Student teams then develop strategic recommendations and present them to industry judges on November 14.
